TEAMBUILDING & TRAINING
The Mansion is an immersive and playful way for teams to learn to communicate about what’s important. The game setting is different enough to put you out of your comfort zone and make you think differently. The game teaches you to structure your communication flow, delegate, use your tools quickly and efficiently.
The Mansion is also adapted to instill leadership, by providing for instance authority roles to some players. Team sizes evolve on each level, and consequentially communication flows and leadership styles have to be adapted by the players. It is also possible to add specific personal objectives to the players or use the environment with psychometric tools known by the participants.
